Practice སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ is a picture book in Tibetan, Chinese and English, which systematically introduces the practice methods and instrument culture in Tibetan Buddhism. Through typesetting design and original illustrations, I present the spiritual religious rituals in a concise, clear and visually rhythmic way. Each layout strives to respect the original cultural appearance and use contemporary expression language to enable readers to transcend cultural boundaries and perceive the inner logic and spiritual power of the theme of "practice" in Tibetan Buddhism.
《Practice 修行 སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་》是一部以藏语、中文和英文三语呈现的图文书籍，系统介绍了藏传佛教中的修行方式与法器文化。整本书分为“修行方式”和“修行法器”两大章节，涵盖了转山、转水、磕长头、转经筒、玛尼堆、哈达、酥油灯、风马旗等重要仪式与物件。我通过排版设计与原创插画，将具有精神性的宗教仪轨，以简洁、清晰而富有视觉节奏的方式展现出来。每一个版面都力求在尊重文化原貌的基础上，通过当代表达语言，让读者能够跨越文化界限，感知藏传佛教中关于“修行”这一主题的内在逻辑与精神力量。
